Upcoming drawing and painting course by Julie Cusack

We're delighted to announce this upcoming course, which is very apt to the current restrictive setting in which we find ourselves. This course will place a focus on drawing inspiration from our immediate environment. The course aims to help anyone looking "create a focus in their week around the practice of painting and drawing". Exercises will be both informative and fun with a range ot materials including charcoal, pencil, homemade inks, commercial inks, paint and various other drawing materials.

Julie studied Visual Education at WITand earned a diploma in Painting from Galway Mayo Institute of Technology. She has been practicing and teaching drawing and painting for 15 years in a wide variety of contexts.

She has exhibited extensively within Ireland and abroad including the RHA, Eigse Carlow and The Irish Cultural Centre in London. Her work is represented in the OPW State collection as well as well as many private collections including Druids Glen gold resort and The Marylebone Hotel, London.
